The post says he’s a graduate of New London High School, and that Kamba is deeply rooted in the community.
He brings 24 years of law enforcement experience to his new role, with the last 15 years spent serving New London.
Throughout his career at NLPD, Kamba has held several key positions, including serving on the Waupaca County SWAT team, working as a MEG Unit Detective, and most recently holding the rank of Staff Sergeant.
The department calls the promotion part of “exciting changes” happening within the force.
